Henrik Muehle, a native of Germany, has been running Flemings Mayfair in London since 2014. The building dates back to 1851 and is not only one of the oldest, but also one of the few remaining privately owned hotels. It offers 129 luxurious guest rooms and suites as well as ten apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. A special feature is the 13 extensively restored Georgian townhouses from 1731, where guests can enjoy the intimacy of a private residence along with all the amenities the hotel has to offer. The Flemings Mayfair in a prime London location is a member of the “Small Luxury Hotels of the World” and houses one of the city’s culinary hotspots with the “Ormer Mayfair,” where none other than Michelin-starred BBC Masterchef Shaun Rankin is at the helm of the extraordinary kitchen.
