With offices in Munich, Zurich, London and New York, we’re perfectly positioned to represent our hotels in the best possible way. We maintain a close and personal exchange with our clients and create individual sales concepts for each of them.
Our main markets are Germany, Switzerland and Austria as well as the United Kingdom and the United States. Moreover, we’re active in Benelux, Scandinavia and Italy. We regularly travel to the destinations we represent and also invite our contacts, including travel agents and tour operators, to get to know the hotels personally. We also organize B2B and B2C events for our hoteliers in Zurich, Munich, Stockholm, London and other cities.

Our services include the development and introduction of sales concepts and strategies, the definition of target groups and target markets, the development of new markets and sales channels as well as sales calls in select target markets. We develop customer portfolios, implement long- and short-term sales techniques, carry out competitor analyses and support RFP processes including rate loading and employee training.
We also offer corporate cooperations and the development of network partners. In addition, we have access to intranet sites for large corporations (banks, insurance companies, car manufacturers, etc.), set up networks with concierge services, plan and execute roadshows and showcases, and design, set up and follow up on online platforms, partnerships and affiliates.
