Concept & Mission
Flospitality partners with hotels and DMCs that have a clear sense of identity. Working with a select portfolio of properties, we bring together hospitality experience, market knowledge and long-standing industry relationships to help each hotel strengthen its presence in the right markets. Our role is to advise, connect and communicate with clarity, always with a considered understanding of the property, its people and its place.
Founded in 2014 by travel expert and experienced hotel manager Florian Schaible, Flospitality brings more than a decade of expertise to its work with independent and owner-managed luxury hotels. With a multilingual international team, an extensive global network and genuine hospitality experience, we provide support shaped around each property’s needs, ambitions and market potential.
With offices in Munich, Zurich, London, New York and Sao Paulo we are positioned across some of the most important markets for luxury travel. Our sales representation spans the DACH region, Benelux, Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, the United States and Brazil, while our PR and Communications expertise supports hotels seeking greater visibility across the German-speaking market.
MISSION
At Flospitality, we are passionate about travel and the unique hotels that go above and beyond to create memorable stays for guests. With many of our team coming from hospitality backgrounds, we understand the details that shapre a strong hotel experience. From operational processes and hospitality to a strong brand identity, we understand what guests value and what it takes to run a hotel with consistency and care.
