Cheetah Plains is an exclusive-use safari experience where contemporary design and considered sustainability meet in one of South Africa’s most celebrated game-viewing regions. Set in the Sabi Sand Nature Reserve, bordering Kruger National Park, Cheetah Plains offers a rare sense of privacy in the bush.

There are three private villas (Karula, Mapogo and Mvula), each designed for a maximum of eight guests and arranged as generous shared living spaces with private guest suites. Each villa features formal and relaxed lounges, living and dining areas, a fine wine gallery, an outdoor boma for fireside dining, and expansive decks with a pool and daybeds overlooking the surrounding bush. A dedicated team remains with each villa throughout the stay, including a host, butler, culinary team, spa therapist, and an expert field guide and tracker. Sustainability is central to the experience. Cheetah Plains is recognised as carbon-negative and leads twice-daily game drives in fully electric safari vehicles, supporting quieter, zero-emission wildlife viewing.
