Continuing the Expansion Path: Flospitality opens its New Sales Office in Brazil.
The new office in São Paulo, Brazil, marks another important milestone for Flospitality and signals the company’s entry into the Latin American market. With its sustained economic growth, Brazil is becoming an increasingly important global market for exclusive luxury travel. To start, the following properties have already joined the portfolio: Forestis in Brixen, Italy, and GRACE LA MARGNA St.Moritz, Switzerland.
The new office will be headed by Leonardo Pardini, working closely with Flospitality’s two owners, Florian Schaible and Ferdinand von den Benken. Pardini will serve as Director of Sales in São Paulo. He holds a degree in Business Administration and has more than ten years of professional experience, particularly in the financial sector. However, his true calling was found in the world of luxury travel, and since 2022 he has worked with leading hotel representation companies in Brazil as well as with Design Hotels.
Pardini looks forward to the new challenge, stating: "I am delighted to lead Flospitality’s new office in Brazil and to support our hotel clients in expanding into the Latin American market in the best possible way."

Flospitality owners Florian Schaible and Ferdinand von den Benken commented on the opening of the Brazilian office: "In recent years, there has been a noticeable increase in travel from Brazil, especially to Europe, partly due to the country’s positive economic development. For example, last winter Brazil ranked as the fourth -largest market for St. Moritz. With the opening of our US office, we received our first client enquiries about a presence in Brazil. As a result, opening a new o ffi ce in São Paulo with a local team proved to be a natural and strategically sound next step. We are optimistic about the future and look forward to being represented soon in Brazil as well."
